Our trip to National Botanic Gardens & AquaZone
On Wednesday, 11th June, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth class headed off bright and early for our capital city. First stop was the National Botanic Gardens - a beautiful place and what a beautiful day it was to visit. Next we moved on to AquaZone.
As Helen reports:
"The Botanical Gardens were beautiful! We had a guided tour and there were so many trees, flowers and plants but I think our favourite part was the squirrels! After we had a picnic in the gardens, we hopped back on the bus and drove to AQUAZONE! There were three slides, a lazy river, a bubble pool, a wave pool, a pirate ship play area for younger children and a surf area called the 'FlowRider'. The tour was amazing and I would definitely LOVE to go again!
(Thank you Helen for this report and Ms. Kelly for the photos.)
P.S. Some of our senior students also slept on the way home!!!!!
